Cable Connection Checking Function

When installing multiple transmitters and detectors at one time, have you ever made a mistake in connecting cables?

ADMAG AXW diagnoses whether the transmitter and detector are connected in the correct combination.
This helps reduce start-up wasted time caused by incorrect cable connections.

Built-in Verification Function (Our proprietary patented technology)

Built-in verification diagnoses the integrity of the transmitter and detector.
As the soundness of the converter, it diagnoses three items: “Calculation circuit”, “Device status (error history)” and “Connection status”.

We diagnose two of "magnetic circuit" and "excitation circuit" as soundness of the detector.Then, based on the results of these five soundness diagnoses, the soundness of the entire device is diagnosed.

Standard Verification

In addition to the diagnostic content of the built-in verification function, the standard verification function can inspect the appearance of the chassis and display board, and diagnose the dot missing of the LCD.

In addition, since the diagnosis results can be output as A4 size PDF, they can be used as supplementary data for reporting and management of inspection history. To use the standard verification function, separately purchase the "FSA130 ADMAG TI VerificationTool".

Enhanced Verification

The extended verification function can diagnose the soundness of current input / output, pulse output, transducer accuracy, and electrode insulation resistance by using external devices in addition to the standard verification diagnostic contents.

In addition, manual input of the diagnosis results not only increase the number of diagnosis items but also improve the diagnosis accuracy of the soundness. This also can output the diagnosis result as A4 size PDF.
To use the extended verification function, separately purchase the "FSA130 ADMAG TI Verification Tool".

Available microSD Card

With ADMAG AXW, you can install microSD card to the converter by selecting option.
Using the microSD card enables easy recording of process information in addition to backup / restore / duplication of parameters,
which is useful for improving maintenance work efficiency and analyzing process status.

Parameter Backup / Restore / Duplication Function

ADMAG AXW can be equipped with a microSD card (optional) and can backup / restore / duplicate parameter information using the microSD card or a memory with a built-in LCD.

Data Logging Function

Have you ever wanted to simply record process information without using an external device?

ADMAG AXW can be equipped with a microSD card (optional) and can store process information. This makes it possible to record process information simply if there is a device itself. Also, data is stored in text format. Therefore, analysis using spreadsheet software is also possible by importing data into a PC via a microSD card.
This function can record up to four process information simultaneously. Ten types of recordable process information are available. It is available to set the sampling cycle from 7 types and the continuous recording time from 8 types.
